Mr Henry CHANG
From engineering to legal, Henry has experience as a private practising solicitor and in-house legal counsel in listed companies. His interests lie in intellectual property (IP), litigation, commercial, and corporate areas. Before joining the legal profession, Henry was a seasoned R&D engineer and inventor. His experience covers a wide range of industries, including technology, engineering, telecom, media, and entertainment.
A graduate with Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Engineering and Juris Doctor. Specialist in IP who passed all the papers in the China Patent Agent Qualification Examination organized by the State Intellectual Property Office and is a data protection expert and contributing author of LexisNexis.

Mr Kel LEI
Kel obtained an LL.B. and a P.C.LL. from the University of Hong Kong before qualifying as a Solicitor in Hong Kong in 2008.
Kel’s practice focuses on civil litigation and dispute resolution, with particular experience in commercial litigation, securities and regulatory matters, company law, insolvency, personal injuries, insurance, matrimonial and family matters, trust and probate, injunctive relief, and civil fraud. He has acted for insurers in personal injury matters and listed companies in contentious and non-contentious matters involving hundreds of millions of dollars.
Kel also accepts instructions to act as a Civil Celebrant of Marriages. He has celebrated over 100 couples in the last 12 months.
Miss Ann Miu
Ann gained her first degree at the Simon Fraser University, Canada majoring in Communications. Upon returning to Hong Kong in 2004, Ann has worked in the field of Marketing and Artist Management with renowned television broadcaster and media corporations in Hong Kong prior to joining the legal profession.
Upon obtaining her Juris Doctor qualification and during her legal practice, Ann focuses on litigating a variety of claims in the area of commercial and general litigation. She has solid experience in handling commercial and contractual disputes, and defending against catastrophic personal injury claims.
Prior to joining Chang & Co., Ann acted as in house counsel and has solid experience working with clients from small business to Fortune 500 companies.
Mr Lawrence WANG
Lawrence graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Washington University in the United States and a Master of Business Administration from the City University of Hong Kong. He then obtained his Juris Doctor degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Law from the City University of Hong Kong.
Lawrence has been involved in initial public offerings (IPOs) for numerous companies whose shares are listed on the Main Board and GEM Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, post-listing regulatory compliance, and other equity transactions.
Prior to joining our firm, Lawrence worked at various reputable law firms and also as a Hong Kong lawyer in two partnership law firms in the PRC, which were jointly established by a Hong Kong law firm and two reputable PRC law firms.
Lawrence is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
