Mr Henry CHANG
From engineering to legal. Henry has the experience as a private practising solicitor and an in-house legal counsel in listed companies. His interests lie in intellectual property (IP), litigation, commercial and corporate areas. Before joining the legal profession, Henry was a seasoned R&D engineer and also an inventor. His experience covered a wide range of industries, including technology, engineering, telecom, media and entertainment.
A graduate with Bachelor and Master degrees in Engineering, and Juris Doctor. Specialist in IP who passed all the papers in China Patent Agent Qualification Examination organized by the State Intellectual Property Office and is data protection expert and contributing author of LexisNexis.

Mr Kel LEI
Kel obtained an LL.B. and a P.C.LL. from the University of Hong Kong, before qualifying as Solicitor in Hong Kong in 2008.
Kel’s practice focuses on civil litigation and dispute resolution, with particular experience in commercial litigation, securities and regulatory matters, company law, insolvency, personal injuries, insurance, matrimonial and family matters, trust and probate, injunctive relief and civil fraud. He has acted for insurers in personal injury matters, as well as listed companies in both contentious and non-contentious matters involving hundreds of millions of dollars.
Kel also accepts instructions to act as Civil Celebrant of Marriages. He has celebrated over 100 couples in the last 12 months.
Mr Lawrence WANG
Lawrence graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Eastern Washington University, the United States and a Master of Business Administration degree from the City University of Hong Kong. He then obtained his Juris Doctor degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the City University of Hong Kong.
Lawrence has been involved in initial public offering (IPO) for numerous companies which shares are listed on the Main Board and GEM Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions for companies, post-listing regulatory compliance and other equity transactions.
Prior to joining our firm, Lawrence served at various reputable law firms and also served as a Hong Kong lawyer in two partnership law firms in PRC which were jointly established by a Hong Kong law firm with two reputable PRC law firms.
Lawrence is fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
