Paralegal / Legal Assistant / Clerk

 

To support on the implementation of transaction. Tasks will include transaction, process and document management; business development support; and document drafting.

Requirements

  • Academic background/ at least 2- year experience in legal

  • Good command of written English and Chinese

  • Strong communications skills and great attention to detail

  • Interest to process Conveyancing and Divorce matters 

  • Self-motivated and can work in a fast-paced and driven environment

Trainee Solicitors/
Law Students / Legal Interns

 

To support lawyers on the assigned projects. Tasks will include assisting in reviewing contracts and legal documents; conduct legal research and develop analysis, legal opinions and training materials on corporate legal issues; and any other ad hoc duties assigned.
 

Requirements

  • Current LLB / PCLL / LLM student or equivalent degree holder;

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus;

  • Able to handle multi-task effectively 

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
