Declaration or oath/affirmation services
We offer certified true copy services, where the lawyer examines the original document and signs to certify that the copy is a copy of the original. Certified copies usually used for application of overseas studies, immigration, purchasing overseas properties, registering offshore companies, opening bank accounts, etc. We also provide declaration or oath/affirmation service.
Our service charges:

Certify true copy: HK$100 per copy

Add specific words to the certified copy: additional fee HK$200 per copy

Fill out the form: HK$300 per form
Service charges of declaration or oath/affirmation service or other additional requirements are negotiable.
Note: As certifying copies is that the lawyer must see the original document and verify that the copies are identical, we cannot certify printed copies downloaded online. If the bank statements or documents can only be downloaded online, please go to the banks or issuing institutions to get the original copies first. The banks are generally willing to print the statement and stamp it with the bank's seal for verification. We can then verify the stamped version.
